Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During new launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order!

Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is fulfilled.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we're working on making our products available globally soon!

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is beyond our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delays or lost packages. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.

Tip: Double-check your shipping address before placing your order—we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

Packaging Details

Our stationery items are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. Please supervise children when opening items that include magnets or small parts.
